Cardiac Care

The program provides access to world-class care at Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio, and Anthem's Blue Distinction Provider for non-urgent, complex heart surgical procedures, including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), Pulmonary Valve Procedures, Congenital Heart Defects, Aortic Valve, Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement, Cardiothoracic Procedures and Aortic Aneurysm (ascending thoracic only).

For members that choose to have their inpatient surgery at Cleveland Clinic or an Anthem COE, the plan pays 100% of the costs after deductible.
