You can enroll or increase your Long Term Disability Bonus Plan coverage at any time with Evidence of Insurability. Go to Colleague Connect (https://mmcglobal.sharepoint.com/sites/home), click Pay & Benefits and select Aptia365 Benefits Enrollment Website under Benefits.
