This Plan covers certain injuries or death resulting from an accident during business travel, including everyday travel to and from work. The chart below contains some important Plan features and coverage information. For more information, see "How the Plan Works."

How the Plan Works
  • If you die as a result of an accident during Company business travel or commuting, the Plan will pay a death benefit amount equal to five times your salary (also called your principal sum).
  • There is a minimum death benefit of $150,000 and a maximum of $2,000,000.

  • You are eligible to participate in this Plan if you meet the eligibility requirements set forth below.
  • See "Participating in the Plan" for details.
Enrollment
  • Coverage is automatic.
