Copies of plan documents and certain related documents such as insurance company contracts and trust agreements (to the extent applicable), are available to review upon written request to the Plan Administrator or Marsh & McLennan's General Counsel. A copy of any of these documents will be furnished to a plan participant or beneficiary (or an authorized representative) upon request at a reasonable charge of up to 25 cents per page to cover reproduction. Note that this Benefits Handbook constitutes the plan document for the specific plans listed above.
