Account Information
The Plan Administrator provides information through the Supplemental Savings & Investment Plan's website and the Employee Service Center. You can access information and conduct Plan transactions by going online to Colleague Connect (https://colleagueconnect.mmc.com) for active employees and Connect (https://connect.mmc.com) for terminated employees, or by calling the Employee Service Center at +1 866 374 2662.

Voice Response System
  • Set up voice biometrics authentication when you call the Transamerica voice response system. The Voice Pass system will identify you based on your stored voiceprint. If you choose not to set up voice biometrics, you will need to provide authentication each time you call the system.

Accessing your account
If you are an active employee:
The first time you visit the website, you will need to click New user? Get started to set-up your user name and password. If you have an account balance in another employer-sponsored plan for which Transamerica is the recordkeeper, you will see the account balance for that plan as well as the Marsh & McLennan Companies plans you participate in.
